Explore our work
The AI4LAM community develops key areas of AI practice to support the digital transformation of the GLAM sector. Different pillars of AI are explored and advanced through dedicated Working Groups – collaborative teams where practitioners from different institutions come together to explore specific AI‑related topics, share knowledge, and develop practical outputs.
Our regular Working Groups calls support global collaboration on specific AI topics, enabling members to exchange insights, develop shared resources, and advance practical knowledge. Read more
Regional Chapters are local branches of the AI4LAM community that operate at a regional level (e.g., Europe, Asia-Pacific, North America, language based or similar).
National Nodes are country-level hubs within the AI4LAM network. Read more
AI4LAM offers a dynamic range of events that bring together practitioners exploring the role of artificial intelligence in libraries, archives, and museums. Our webinars provide focused learning opportunities led by experts across the GLAM and AI communities, while our community calls create an open, welcoming space for updates, discussion, and shared problem‑solving across the network.
At the center of our event calendar is Fantastic Futures, our flagship annual conference that unites the global community for inspiring talks, workshops, showcases, and hands‑on exploration of emerging technologies shaping the future of cultural heritage.
