FF2026 Initial Fee Announcement
We are pleased to share the participation fee structure for Fantastic Futures 2026 and the associated benefits for AI4LAM community members.
Member Organizations receive priority registration and are entitled to one complimentary participation for a designated representative of the organization, either in person or in a hybrid format.
Participation Fees
- EUR 350 — Onsite (in‑person) participation
- EUR 140 — Hybrid / online participation
Member Organization Benefits
- One complimentary participation per Member Organization (free access may be used either for in‑person or hybrid/online participation, allowing flexibility to meet different participation needs).
- Priority registration for Member Organizations.
- Participation on Members Day at Strategic Forum.
We hope this flexible participation model will enable broad engagement and ensure that all Member Organizations can benefit from the conference, regardless of travel constraints.
Registrations are not yet open; we will issue a notification once they become available.
Due to the high level of interest in the conference, we expect available places to fill up quickly. Following the submission deadline, the event has received an impressive 166 proposal submissions, all of which are currently under review. This strong response reflects the high level of engagement and the relevance of the conference. We therefore invite participants not to delay and to secure their place as soon as registration opens.
